We will pick up from your hotel in Arequipa at 7:00am or 8:00am or later, we take our transport, We will pass through Chiguata village, where we will see pre-Inca terraces and a colonial church. We will continue our
trip to Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, watching
along the way queñuales forest, Pichu Pichu (5664 MASL) and Misti volcano (5822 MASL).
Arrive to Salinas Lagoon after 2 hours and a half travelling by private SUV, we will admire the nature and wildlife: vizcachas, alpacas, vicuñas,
Andean ducks, hummingbirds and 3 kind of flamingos:
Salinas Lagoon Tour includes trekking activities during the dry season (June to December) . We will walk from one to the other side of the
lagoon for getting amazing pictures and watching local people collecting salt, also known as borate. Picnic time (vegetarian option
available under request) and return to Arequipa city. Arrive and transfer to the hotel between 3:00am and 5:00am.
Note: We can ride bike on the way back to Arequipa (Downhill)(Extra cost)
